Digital travel products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or if the product was not delivered or is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refund:

• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Duplicate purchases
• Purchases made through unauthorized third parties

Access After Refund
